You may cancel your reservation for a FULL refund up to 14 days prior to travel. If a cancellation occurs between 7 and 14 days you will receive a 50% refund.  Cancelations less than 7 days before travel are not eligible for a refund.

Should government shut downs result in closures which prevent you from reaching your destination--even if its less than 14 days before travel--you will be either refunded or given credit toward future travel.
