Cancellation Policy

We know that illness, health, work, and unexpected events can change your plans. Cancel up to 14 days before travel for a full refund; cancellations 7–14 days before travel receive a 50% refund, and cancellations within 7 days are not eligible for a refund. If government shutdowns prevent you from reaching Rocky Point, we will offer a refund or credit toward future travel.
